The class is never the same, mostly because she has the magical ability to read the energy of her students and create a flow which feels just right. From day one, I felt nurtured by amazing flowing energy of opening and love. The vegan food made with local ingredients was prepared daily with much care by our incredible Chantal and I could see myself healing from the inside out as hours as days followed. The Yoga classes were creative, varied, flowy and fun – vigorous Vinyasa in the morning and meditative Yin yoga in the evenings, always followed by a delicious and incredible meal. I learned to be more positive and love myself unconditionally, thanks to the amazing energy and continuous group support I found in this unique yoga retreat.
